April 22, 2017 - Tyler Bruening Places 7th at Farley Speedway
Following the IMCA Deery Brother Summer Series, Tyler Bruening traveled Farley Speedway (Farley, Iowa) on Friday for the Highway 20 Triple Crown. In a stout field of 36 Super Late Models, Bruening recorded a 5th place finish in his heat race sending him into the B-Main. Charging to a consolation win, Tyler earned 13th-starting spot for the feature. Working his way into the Top 10, Tyler jumped up six spots scoring a 7th place finish.

On Saturday Tyler headed to Independence Motor Speedway (Independence, Iowa) for another $2,000-to-win A-Main. Recording a 4th place finish in his heat race, Bruening secured his spot into the 40-lap feature. Bringing home a podium finish, Tyler Bruening crossed the line in 3rd but his rear end’s axle housing failed postrace inspection disqualifying him from the A-Main.

April 8, 2017 - Bruening Follows Deery Brothers to West Liberty Raceway
Back with the IMCA Deery Brothers Summer Series, Tyler Bruening was one of 30 Super Late Models signed in at West Liberty Raceway (West Liberty, Iowa) on Saturday night for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Registering a 4th place finish in his heat race, Bruening secured his spot into the main event. Bringing home a Top 5 finish, Tyler Bruening wheeled his way up to a 4th place spot behind Denny Eckrich, Jeremiah Hurst, and Joel Callahan with Jesse Sobbing coming in 5th. (Mike Ruefer photo)

April 1, 2017 - Top 5 Finish for Bruening in Deery Brothers Opener
Behind the wheel of the Bruening Rock Products #16 Super Late Model, Tyler Bruening visited 34 Raceway (West Burlington, Iowa) on Saturday night for the IMCA Deery Brother Summer Series season opener. In a field of 31 cars, Bruening locked his spot into the show with a heat race win. With $3,000 on the line, Tyler Bruening landed a 5th place spot behind Nick Marolf, Darrel DeFrance, Chad Holladay, and Matt Ryan.
