May 31, 2019 - Bruening Tops Malvern Bank Series at I-80
1Friday night found Tyler Bruening in action at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series sanctioned program. In a field of 39 cars, Bruening followed up the second fastest time overall in qualifying behind Kyle Berck with a 3rd place finish in his heat. Starting the main event in 4th, Bruening topped Nick Deal at the line to capture his fourth win of the season and a $4,000 payday. May 18, 2019 - Top 10 Finish With Lucas Oil Series at 34 Raceway
1Tyler Bruening was one of 35 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) entries on hand at 34 Raceway (Burlington, Iowa) on Thursday night for the TruAcre 50. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Bruening earned the 2nd-starting position for the opening night feature. On Saturday night Bruening followed the LOLMDS to 300 Raceway (Farley, Iowa) for the Truck Country 50. In a field of 26 cars, Bruening scored a 5th place finish in his heat positioning him 14th on the starting grid for the $12,000-to-win A-Main. Falling five spots in the 50-lapper, Tyler recorded a 19th place outing.

Saturday’s NAPA North Star Nationals at Deer Creek Speedway (Spring Valley, Minnesota) was rained out.

May 11, 2019 - Bruening Records Two-Win Weekend at Farley and Webster City
1On Friday night Tyler Bruening visited 300 Raceway (Farley, Iowa) powering his Bruening Rock Products #16 Super Late Model for the track’s season opener. Receiving the pole position for the A-Main via pill draw, Tyler led flag-to-flag to pick up his second win of the season. Ryan Dolan, Jeremiah Hurst, Joel Callahan, and Andy Eckrich trailed him to the checkers in the 40-lap affair.

1The following night after weather wiped out his plans at Independence Motor Speedway (Independence, Iowa), Bruening headed to Hamilton County Speedway (Webster City, Iowa) competing in a field of 12 cars. Jumping up two spots in his heat, Tyler scored a 3rd place finish positioning him on the pole for the feature. May 4, 2019 - Bruening Bags Three Top 5 Finishes Over the Weekend
1 Thursday night found Tyler Bruening in action at Stuart Speedway (Stuart, Iowa) kicking off the Lucas Oil Midwest Late Model Racing Association (MLRA) sanctioned weekend. With 24 cars registered in for action, Tyler secured his spot into the opening night feature with a 10-lap heat race victory. The following night brought Bruening to Crawford County Speedway (Denison, Iowa) competing in a field of 31 Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series entries. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Tyler earned the 5th-starting position for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Passing three cars in the 25-lap affair, Bruening notched a runner-up finish behind Nick Deal with Bill Leighton, Ben Schaller, and Kyle Berck trailing them to the checkers.

1Wrapping up the weekend on Saturday, Bruening stopped at Crawford County Speedway (Denison, Iowa) for the $2,000-to-win A-Main.
